TENSIONING THE TOOTHED BELT 14 mm - 16 mm:
- if the belt is replaced with a new one, tension the belt to the frequency: 200 ± 5 Hz.
- if the belt is loosened / removed and then the same one is reassembled: tension the belt to the
frequency: 180 ± 5 Hz.
TENSIONING THE POLI-V BELT
- if the belt is replaced with a new one, tension the belt to the frequency: 220 ± 5 Hz.
- if the belt is loosened / removed and then the same one is reassembled: tension the belt to the
frequency: 190 ± 5 Hz.
16. Remove the rear right toothed pulley. ("8.13 Disassembling the right rear pulley"(from
point 3 to point 5)).

17. Remove the two
screws (39) from
the flange bea-
ring, both on the
right and on the
left rear side of
the equipment.
(TOOL: 6 mm Al-
len wrench).
In this way, the
rear roller is free
to move in the
eyelet in the fra-
me.
ATTENTION:
during reas-
sembly, apply
Loctite 243 on
the screw thre-
ad. Afterwards,
tighten the
screw with a
tightening tor-
que of 22 Nm
(16.2 lbf-ft). Ap-
ply this proce-
dure to all four
screws (39).
