Pull out the paper cassette. If the paper was fed from the optional paper feed unit, pull
out the unit's paper cassette.
If the paper cannot be pulled from the printer easily, do not attempt to remove it by
pulling towards you. Follow the procedure below to remove the paper.
If the leading edge of the paper has just reached the transfer guide (Only a small
part of the trailing end is visible)

Open the top cover completely and remove the EP-32 cartridge. Store the cartridge in
its original protective bag to avoid exposure to light.

Flip up the guide q, take hold of the leading edge of the paper, and slowly pull it out
w.

Forcing the paper out may cause it to rip, and pieces of the torn paper may
remain inside the printer.
