How to report an error

1. If one of the devices experiments any technical issues, it would be recom-
mendable to contact the Safran Support Team (see "Technical Support" on
page 188), which will be in charge of addressing the problem. These are the
steps that should be followed in case a problem happens.
2. If the device is alive and accessible, please go to the WR-ZEN's web inter-
face -> Management -> Download device's log dump.
