Note:
1. On inspection, SP3 turns on for inspection speed.
2. PRV input must be ON, prior to a run.
3. PRV turns off during entire run and
becomes active to complete the run.
4. On inspection UF and DF turn off.
5. SP2 turns on for intermiediate speed (MSL=01 only)
6. UD relay has 1.0 sec delay off after completion of run
7. US/ DS used for terminal speed check on lifts above 1m/s
8. CFS and IND do not turn on OS output
