Ink cartridge CSIC detection level setup (ED MODE setup)
Selecting this mode allows the user to adjust CSIC detection level. Each
adjustment value indicates as following;

Setup Values
It acquires information from CSIC and informs user of it.
X
It detects Japanese/overseas cartridge and doesn't inform users of it.
N
O It acquires information from CSIC and doesn't inform user of it at all.
NOTE1: "N," "O" will appear as second digit at lower left of LCD when N, O
selected.
Display timing is same as "H", "S" display for PG setting.
NOTE2: These functions are intended for development/evaluation and should
not be used during regular servicing.
FLBL DET setting
Selecting this mode allows to set validity of FL BOX life.

CR speed adjustment for Bi-D print on specific media
This setting allows adjustment of CR speed for Bi-D printing (only at 720x720/
VSD2) of special media as shown in the table below. Setting range is 285~310cps
with 5cps units of adjustment.

This setting is effective only during the following conditions. When the following
conditions are not active, the setting is ignored and printing is set at 300cps.
<Conditions>
• Media shown in Table 8-25 is specified.
• Bi-D printing is set.
• Output resolution is 720x720 dpi.
• VSD2 is active.
NOTE: Default value for this setting is 290cps. When PX ink is set, speed is set at
300cps and cannot be changed, so the item is not displayed in the menu.
HJFK output data dump
When this mode is selected, received ESC/P3data is printed in hexadecimal.
