SERVICE REQ. 00020003: BOOT program check SUM error
Problem
BOOT program check sum error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when part of F/W boot program has
been corrupted. (Only at power on.)
Solution
1. Firmware reinstall
2. Replace the C362DRV board
SERVICE REQ. 00020004: ASIC illegal version error
SERVICE REQ. 00020005: Firmware ASIC mismatching error
SERVICE REQ. 00020006: Firmware ASIC mismatching error
Problem
ASIC/Firmware incorrect version error.
Explanation
This error does not occur after sale. It is a debug error used in development.
SERVICE REQ. 00020009: Flash memory check SUM error
Problem
Program area check sum error in Flash memory.
Explanation
This error is generated when F/W is not installed in the flash memory or when
installation fails.
Solution
1. Firmware reinstall
2. Replace the C362DRV board

Internal memory storage error
Explanation
This error is generated when cache area is insufficient. Message appears and
printer is stopped when memory is insufficient due to work area squandering by I/
F mode setting mismatches or decode disable commands caused by differences in
allotted regions for work area by the I/F mode.
Solution
1. Check I/F mode.
2. Replace the C362DRV board
