SERVICE REQ. 00010010: PF motor over heat (PWM output
malfunction)
Problem
PF motor PWM current output malfunction
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when current above required value is
applied during PF motor driving. This mode generates an abnormal load level not
reaching the out of tune condition 00010001 for PF motor system, so the motor
speed is detected as slow (by encoder detection) and current is increased to raise
the motor speed. In short, the message appears to prevent overheating of the PF
motor.
Treatment/Check Points
1. Check PF motor load.
1) PF motor resistance measurement
2) PF motor rotation load (manual check)
3) PF roller rotation load
2. Replace the PF motor
3. Replace the C362DRV board
SERVICE REQ. 00010012: Cap origin (home position) error
Problem
Pump cap origin (home position) error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when the home position sensor in the
pump cap unit is not detected within the required time at power on initialization or
at cleaning operation.
Solution
1. Replace the pump cap unit
2. Measure the pump cap unit internal drive motor resistance and if shorted
replace C362DRV Board at same time.

SERVICE REQ. 00010013: Providing system origin error
Problem
Ink supply system origin error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when the ink supply pump motor
drive home position in the ink supply air system (unit) is not detected within the
required time at power on initialization or ink supply.
Treatment/Check Points
1. Replace supply pump assembly (including sensor, motor).
2. Replace the C362DRV board
3. Replace the CSIC board
SERVICE REQ. 00010014: Pressure defective error
Problem.
Ink supply pressure incorrect
Explanation
The pressure system is determined to be leaking then this message appears and
printer is stopped when detection of pressure origin sensor is incorrect at power on
initialization or ink supply.
Solution
1. Replace supply pump assembly (including pressure origin sensor solenoid).
2. Check for disconnected air tube.
