change password

Change the password you use to log on to the BayStack 820 ISDN Router
Manager software or the CLI. A password is a character string that starts with a
letter and contains at least six, but no more than 15 characters. The password is
case sensitive, so abigail is not the same as Abigail or ABIGAIL. The factory
default password "password."
If you forget the BayStack 820 ISDN Router Manager password, you can return
the router to its factory default condition, including restoring the default
password. For details, refer to
Conditions" on page

clear config

Clears the configuration data in flash memory. When you execute this command,
the router reboots. The configuration returns to the factory default settings,
including the password, and all user-configured data is reset. If you forget the
password, you can reset it. For details, refer to
Default Conditions" on page

clear system feature

Clears all feature key settings that are enabled for the router. If you want to use the
optional feature, you must re-enter the feature key.

{disable|enable} remote_mgt

Enables or disables both HTTP and Telnet management connections. If you
disable remote management, you can configure the router only through a directly
connected console.
