Any entry whose Interface Name is "lo" means that the corresponding destination
network is locally attached to one of the serial interfaces. Also, if the Gateway
field is empty, it means that either the destination IP network is directly attached
to the router (the destination is on the same LAN the router is connected to), or the
destination is reachable through an unnumbered serial interface.
