This appendix lists system messages, connection log messages, and Web browser
messages you may encounter while using the BayStack 820 ISDN Router.

Meaning
You selected a Data over Voice (DOV) option, but did not select
the method by which to recognize a voice call as a DOV call. The
BayStack 820 ISDN Router recognizes DOV calls either because it
contains a configured Called Party Address and/or Called Party
Sub-Address.
User name or password failed authentication by the ISP or the
remote site.
A duplicate static route has been found in the IP routing table.
The IP address entered in the Optional Remote IP Address field is
either invalid or a duplicate of an existing entry in the IP routing
table.
The IPX network number entered in the Optional Remote IPX
Network Number field is either invalid or a duplicate of an existing
entry in the IPX routing table.
The IP address entered in the Remote IP Address field is invalid.
The IP network mask entered in the Remote IP NetMask field is
invalid.
A reconfiguration of a working ISDN line has been attempted. You
cannot do this while the line is installed and active. Remove the
ISDN line from the router and reset the system. You can then
reconfigure the ISDN interface.
