Creating an Internet Access Connection Profile

This procedure assumes that you have configured ISDN port settings. For details,
refer to
To configure an Internet access connection profile:
Choose Configuration > Connection Profiles.

One of the following happens:

Description
Select whether to require an incoming data call to contain the called party's
sub-address or extension number to accept an incoming data call. If you select
Require, the configured sub-address is required for a data call to be accepted.
NOTE: For sub-address authentication to work properly, you must also configure all
connection profiles for sub-address authentication.
Enter the configured sub-address required for a data call to be accepted.
This field is displayed when you set Incoming Call Sub-Address for Data Calls to
Require.
Select whether to enable the Data over Voice (DOV) service.
Select a Directory Number for DOV server.
This field is displayed when you set Enable Data Over Voice Service to Yes.
Enter an optional sub-address for DOV service.
This field is displayed when you set Enable Data Over Voice Service to Yes.

If the router has already been configured, the Interface Configuration
dialog box opens. Refer to

If this is the first time you are configuring the router, the Connection
Profile Configuration, Internet Access by ISDN dialog box
