+add ipx sap

Add or deletes a static SAP table entry in the SAP table. Entries are hexadecimal
numbers.
Example
In this example, you connect to a remote preferred NetWare file server through the
ISDN network. To do so, you must:
Define an ISDN connection profile that contains the IPX address of this
1.
server as the remote network address (which creates a corresponding static
entry in the IPX routing table), and
Add a static SAP table entry in the SAP table for the server in the above
2.
example. When you turn on the workstation, it searches for the preferred
server by broadcasting a message requesting "the preferred file server."
Because of the static SAP entry configuration, the router responds with the
corresponding IPX address for the server. Having this address, the
workstation can now directly issue a login request to the server. When the
router receives the connection request, it consults the routing table. Because
the server's IPX address is the same as the remote network number of the
connection profile for the remote server, the router sets up a connection to the
remote site accordingly.
