To reset the connection log:
• Click Reset.

Upgrading the Firmware and Software Features

You must upgrade software features or firmware if:
• You purchase the optional VPN/Encryption feature after you purchased the
BayStack 820 ISDN Router. Your Nortel Networks representative will
provide you with a feature key that enables the feature.
• Nortel Networks releases a new firmware (the software that controls the
router's operations) version with new features or fixes. Before you update the
BayStack 820 ISDN Router firmware, you must download the firmware from
the Bay Networks Web site and copy it to a local directory.

Upgrading a Software Feature

To upgrade a feature:
Choose System Tools > System Upgrade.
