When the BF LED turns on in red
Check the following items in order from the top.
Item
Is the CC-Link cable between the master station
and the NZ2FT-BT inserted as far as it will go?
Has the CC-Link cable been disconnected?
Is the station number set to one that does not
match the network configuration setting of the
software package?
Is the station number set outside the effective
range (0 or 65 or higher)?
Is the set station number overlap with that in other
stations?
Are there any mistakes in the parameter settings
of the master station and NZ2FT-BT?
Is the firmware version appropriate?
Is the RUN/STOP/RESET switch of the master
station CPU module set to STOP or RESET?
Has an error occurred in the master station?
When the BF LED is flashing in red
Check the following items in order from the top.
Item
Has the rotary switch changed during operation?
Is the electronic unit part detached?
Are the NZ2FT-BT and I/O module connected
with no clearance between them?
Is a firmware update in progress?
When the MT LED turns on in yellow
Check the following item.
Item
Is the I/O module mounted?
Action
Fix the cable firmly by the screw.
Replace the CC-Link cable.
Set the station number to one that matches the network configuration setting.
Set the station number within the effective range (1 to 64).
If there are two or more station numbers that are the same, make changes so that all the station numbers
are different from one another.
Review the parameters of the master station and NZ2FT-BT.

■When the master module is the QJ61BT11N
• Mode setting
• Transmission speed
• Number of occupied stations
• Expanded cyclic setting
■When the master module is the FX5-CCL-MS

■NZ2FT-BT
• Parameter "Power up baud rate"
• Parameter "Protocol version"
• Parameter "Number of occupied stations"
• Parameter "Extended-Cyclic-Messaging-Factor"
Check the firmware version of the master module and NZ2FT-BT. Update the firmware if necessary.
Set the RUN/STOP/RESET switch of the master station CPU module to RUN.
Follow the manual of the master station and perform troubleshooting.
Action
Restore the rotary switch setting to its original setting.
Insert the electronic unit part.
Connect the NZ2FT-BT and the I/O module with no clearance between them.
Wait for the firmware update to end.
Action
Mount the I/O module again by pressing it to the NZ2FT-BT until it clicks.
