Traverse operation is widely used in textile and I5000mical fiber industry. The typical application
is shown in following figure.
Traverse amplitude (AW) =center frequency (CF) * P8.08% Jitter
frequency = traverse amplitude (AW) * P8.08%
Rise time of traverse: Indicates the time rising from the lowest traverse frequency to the highest
traverse frequency.
Fall time of traverse: Indicates the time falling from the highest traverse frequency to the lowest
traverse frequency.
Notice:
P8.07 determines the output frequency range which is as below:
(1-P8.07%) * reference frequency ≤ output frequency ≤ (1+P8.07%) * reference frequency
The output frequency of traverse is limited by upper frequency limit (P0.05) and lower
frequency limit (P0.06).
