The AutoCAT ® 2 One-Year Limited Warranty
Arrow International, Inc. (ARROW) warrants the ARROW AutoCAT
Balloon Pump against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1)
YEAR from the date of purchase. If ARROW receives notice of such defects during the
warranty period, ARROW will, at its option for the original customer, repair or replace
products which prove to be defective.
Exclusions
The above warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from: (a) repairs by an
unauthorized party; (b) improper maintenance by the customer; (c) modifications made
without written permission of ARROW; (d) damage by accident, abuse, misuse, or
misapplication; (e) operation otherwise than in accordance with instructions furnished
by ARROW; (f) if the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed;
or (g) normally expected battery replacement.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN
LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
ARROW SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No ARROW dealer, distributor,
agent or other person is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to
this warranty.
ARROW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHETHER BASED
ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
