NOTE: Patients must be 100% paced to use the V PACE and A PACE trigger modes. Unless
the patient is 100% paced, you will need to use the PATTERN or PEAK or Afib mode.
For each trigger mode that is potentially appropriate for your patient, look for a
consistent white overlay on the ECG and AP trace and a flashing heart icon on
the LCD. The white overlay on the ECG should correspond with the assist ratio.
The trigger mode control key LED will also flash if the AutoCAT
detecting an adequate triggering signal.
