The following measurement settings are used to
configure the various measurement modes.
The average function smooths measurements using a
moving average. The average function sets the number of
samples used for the moving average; a higher number
results in smoother measurement results. The average
function is turned off by default.
From one of the main screens, press
the ESC key so that the menu
system at the bottom of the display
has focus.
Go to Meas. Setup and press Enter.
Go to Average and press Enter.
Use the arrow keys to turn Average on and set the
average number. Press Enter to confirm the setting.
Average settings
Average OFF, ON: 2~100
Pressing ESC before pressing ENTER will exit the Average
function settings.
