The data content is 0003H. According to the parameter table of other functions, the VFD stops.

Example 1: Make the VFD with the address of 03H to run forward. See section 7.4.2
"Description of other function addresses in Modbus", the address of "Communication-based
control command" is 2000H, and 0001H indicates forward running. See the table below.
