The product information screen (Figure 5-3) displays serial number and
version number information for hardware and software components of the
ventilator.
To view the product information screen, use the arrow keys to highlight
PRODUCT INFORMATION on the diagnostic mode main menu, then press
Enter. Press Menu to return to the main menu.

5.2.1

Date of Manufacture

The 12-digit serial number on the base of the unit indicates the date of
manufacture. From left to right, the fifth and sixth digits indicate the year; the
seventh and eighth, the month; the ninth and tenth, the day.
Example 1:
This serial number indicates a manufacture date of 13 March 2009:
P/N 1028772
Date: YY/MM/DD
Example 2:
This serial number indicates a manufacture date of 29 July 2006:
P/N 1028772
Date: YY/MM/DD
Include the hyphen if present (varies by
build date) when recording the serial number
