Setting Description
PORLATCLK On = No change.
Off = Clocks "1" to power on reset latch.
Can be used to determine if an external power on reset occurred due to +3.3 V supply drop.
WDSTROBE On = External watchdog strobe on, resets the processor to confirm that system reset occurs correctly.
(The external watchdog strobe should reset the system and log two diagnostic codes in memory:
903 - Ext Wdog Unexpected and 310 POST Abnormal Reset.)
Off = No change.

The BiPAP Focus Ventilator generates a log of system events that can be used
for troubleshooting, including settings changes, alarms, and codes. If a
ventilator inoperative condition or unexpected reset occurs, the significant
event log provides a record of any ventilator setting changes, alarm conditions,
or error conditions that were in effect at the time.
The significant event log records up to 200 of the most recent events, with the
most recent events listed first. The ventilator maintains the significant event
log regardless of whether there is power to the ventilator.
Each significant event log entry includes the following:
1. Event ID: A code and brief text description of the event.
2. Date: Each event is date-stamped in a month/day/year format (for
example, 10/20/02).
3. Time: Each event is time-stamped in hour/minute format (for example
09:15).
4. Previous/current value: For settings changes, the previous and current
values are displayed.
