When performing corrective actions:
NOTE:

Perform the corrective actions in the order listed.
•
Always retrieve and save the DRPT if possible before replacing
parts. If the corrective action suggests swapping the user
interface or controller PCB, retrieve the DRPT before installing
the replacement PCB.
•
To verify that replacing a part corrects the problem,
temporarily install (swap) a replacement part. If the
replacement corrects the problem, verify that the problem
recurs with the original part before replacing it.
