Follow these steps to remove the bottom cover and muffler (Figure 8-18).
Reverse to install.
1. Remove top cover (section 8.2).
2. Remove the user interface PCB (section 8.4).
3. Remove the controller PCB (section 8.5).
4. Remove the flow valve (section 8.6) and the outlet port, air flow
sensor, silicone connector, and diffuser.
5. Remove blower (section 8.7).
6. Remove the four screws from the muffler that anchor it to the bottom
cover.
7. Remove the foam if necessary, and clean any adhesive residue with
isopropyl alcohol. Install new foam if needed, and apply product
labeling if replacing the bottom cover.
