As new MSH modules are released by 3Com, or new features are added
to the MSH Management Module, we will release new versions of the
management module code.
If you receive a 3Com module with a disk, the disk will contain new
software which can be downloaded to the management module or
token ring RingBuilder. The disk will also contain the program required
to perform the download from a personal computer.
We recommend that you check the software version on the disk
against the software version on the module. The README file on the
disk contains the information you need. To find out the version of the
image on the module, install the module. When the module has
initialized, use the display panel to access the data (see
Display Panel"
