Remote Management
The MSH Management Module uses SNMP (Simple Network
Management Protocol). This can be accessed by remote network
management facilities. 3Com has a range of network management
products called Transcend.
For details of MSH management using the UNIX- or Windows-based
Transcend range, please refer to the appropriate manual:
Transcend Workgroup Manager for UNIX

Transcend Workgroup Manager for Windows

Transcend Enterprise Manager for Windows

If you are using any other remote management software, refer to the
accompanying documentation and read the sections that describe
how to manage SNMP devices.
Telnet
If you wish to manage your MSH hub via Telnet you will need to refer
to the manual(s) supplied with your Telnet host application as well as
this guide.
