(5) PID control
PID control is a control method in which derivative elements are added to PI control, thereby the temperature
shifts to a stable status in a short period of time even when a drastic change has occurred. By setting the
derivative time (D) properly, the control subject shifts to a stable status in a short period of time.
(a) Setting method
1.
Set "Method selection" to "Param write" of the control mode to be used.
"CC IE Field Configuration" windowSelect the temperature control module from "List of
stations"[CC IE Field Configuration][Online][Parameter Processing of Slave Station]

The following table lists the setting details.
• "CH Proportion belt_P_setting_CH heating proportion belt": any value
• "CH Integration time_I_setting": any value
• "CH Differentiation time_D_setting": any value
