6.15.3.3 Adjusting the control panel position

INFORMATION
By default, the control panel is mounted on the side specified in the order. It can also be mounted on the other
side of the power wheelchair later on if the user so desires. Please contact the qualified personnel who delivered
the product to you.
The depth position of the control panel is subsequently adjustable. The adjustment is the same for the swing-away,
height-adjustable and standard control panel holders.
The control panel is attached to a rail which is located beneath the arm support.

6.15.4 Luggage carrier

NOTICE
Overloading the luggage carrier
Damage to product due to breakage
► The maximum load for the luggage carrier is 15 kg (33 lbs).
► Please note that the maximum load of the overall product must not be exceeded, also after loading the lug­
gage carrier (see Page 63).
The power wheelchair can be equipped with a luggage carrier. The luggage carrier can be used to mount an artifi­
cial respiration platform or to store luggage.
The luggage carrier can be removed if required. The luggage carrier can be mounted in 4 positions during installa­
tion.

Adapting the control panel position to the forearm
length
1) Loosen the 3 set screws on the bottom of the arm
support (see fig. 38).
2) Slide the rail with the control panel forwards or
backwards.
INFORMATION: If the control panel rail is too
long it can be shortened. Please contact the
qualified personnel who adjusted your product.
3) Tighten the 3 set screws on the bottom of the arm
support.
Removing the luggage carrier
1) Pull the release bolt on the luggage carrier (see
fig. 39).
2) Slightly lift the luggage carrier and remove it diag­
onally upwards.
Putting on the luggage carrier
1) Pull the release bolt. Slightly lift the luggage carrier
and put it on in one of the possible positions.
2) Push the luggage carrier down until the release bolt
engages.
Adjusting the luggage carrier
1) Pull the release bolt and lift the luggage carrier
slightly at the rear (see fig. 39).
2) Pull or push the luggage carrier to the next locking
point.
3) Push the luggage carrier down until the release bolt
engages.
