Cause
– There are gas bubbles (e.g. air
bubbles) in front of the measure-
ment window

– Clean the sensor
– Keep to the temperature range for
the test sample
– Calibration
– Exchange the sensor cap
– Replace the sensor
– Recalibrate
– Immerse the sensor in an oxygen-
free solution

– Use suitable IDS conductivity sensor

– Clean the sensor and replace it if
necessary
– Check the calibration solutions

– Remove the gas bubbles,
e.g.
by immersing the sensor at
an angle
