9. If necessary, select the Actions button and save the report for future use.
If you want to save the report with the existing name, select Save. When prompted, select

Yes, save.
If you want to save the report with a new name, select Save as. When prompted, select
l
Yes, save as. Type in the report name and select OK.
If the report was created by Pitney Bowes, "Save as" is the only available option.
10. Select the Actions button.
11. Select Export report. The report export screen appears.
12. Select the File name field.
a. Enter the name you would like the report saved as.
b. Select OK.
13. Select the Export to: field.
If you want to export the file to the root of the USB drive, select the drive in the Export to:
l
field.
If you want to export the file to specific folder on the USB drive, select a folder and then
l
select the Open button. Repeat this process until you have drilled down to the folder you
want to use, then select the folder in the Export to: field.
14. Select Select this folder.
15. Select the export file type.
16. Select OK.
17. The system will alert you when the export is complete. Select OK.
18. Select Cancel to return to the report list.
19. To access the report, go to the folder you selected in step 14.
Viewing accounting reports
1. Select the Manage Accounts button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen.
2. The message "Uploading postal information" appears. It may take a few minutes to upload your
information.
3. Select Reports.
4. Select View & print reports.
If you have not set up reporting periods, you are prompted to click on the Set up reporting
periods link. Enter the dates in the Report period defaults screen. Click OK when done.
5. Select the report you want to view.
6. Select the Next button.
