If a Pitney Bowes PCN 9H00 unit powers on but does not function beyond the operating screen, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Unplug the power cord.
2. Wait 30 seconds (the screen should turn off after 10 seconds).
3. Plug the power cord back into a properly grounded wall outlet.
4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.

If the issue continues and messages like "waste tank is full" appear, try replacing the ink waste pad and resetting the ink waste counter. If that does not resolve the problem, contact Pitney Bowes support.
