If Destination Number Determination Method selected is 'Manual Dial' then
select an option in 'When No Digit Dialed during "Manual Dial"' field in case no
digit is dialed within FDWT. Valid Options are:
Route to Fixed Destination Number
Disconnect the Call
Default = Disconnect the Call

If Destination Number Determination Method selected is 'Based on Calling
number' then click on 'Mobile Port Destination Number Determination: Calling
Number Based' link and program following parameters:

Calling Number: Program calling party number in this field.
Maximum Length = 24 characters
All ASCII characters are allowed
Default = First entry is used for 'No Match Found' case and other entries are
