Port Parameters-FXS

Click on 'FXS Port Parameters 1' link and program the following parameters.
• Port Enable?: Enable the status of the FXS Ports. You will be able to receive
incoming calls and make outgoing calls only if the FXS Port is enabled.
Valid options: Yes/No
Default = Yes
• Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) Type: SETU VGFX supports
following types of CLIP signaling on FXS Port:
• None
• DTMF
• V.23 FSK
• Bellcore FSK.
Default = V.23 FSK
CLIP type 'None' is selected when the telephone instrument connected to the FXS Port does not
have the LCD to display the number or user does not want to display the CLIP.
• Flash Timer (ms): SETU VGFX uses flash timer to detect Flash on FXS Port for
using various supplementary features viz. Call Hold, Call Transfer etc. Flash
Timer signifies the time period for which the loop current breaks. Select Flash
Timer as per you requirement in this field. Valid options are:
• 83
• 100
• 200
• 300
• 400
• 500
