Add 8 to 10 ounces of fryer cleaning solution.

Do not use a metal scraper or any type of abrasives to clean
the heating elements.

This procedure requires that the water stays in the vat overnight to soak off the crusty
debris on the side of the vat.
If necessary, press the O O F F F F button to power off the unit.
