  • Page 33 Filtering prolongs the life of the oil, the unit as well as improves product quality. There are various ways to filter the oil. As an example, a quick filter automatically runs between cook cycles to clean the oil and remove debris from the vat. A daily filter is run at the end of the day to thoroughly clean the unit.

There are two ways to clean the vat using the clean-out mode, heated and cold soak. Operators can fill the vat with warm water and cleaning solution, enable heat, and then scrub the vat immediately (P.M.) or let it soak overnight cold and scrub it in the morning (A.M.).
