1. Loosen the 3 thumb screws that secure
the steam stack to the top of the
fryer.
2. Pull the steam stack out of the fryer
revealing the deadweight.
3. Clean out the steam stack and ensure
any obstructions are removed.
4. Remove the orfice cleaning tool from
the back of the fryer.
5. Insert the tool into the orifice and plunge
up and down several times, as far as
the tool can reach, to thoroughly
clean out the orifice.
NOTICE :
The
orifice
manufactured from stainless steel and can
be damaged if care is not taken to keep
the tool centered. DO NOT apply side to
side motion or pressure on the tool, only
up and down.
6. Use a towel to wipe any build up from
the dead-weight and gasket.
7. Place the gasket onto the factory
location, aligning the 3 screw holes.
8. Place the steam stack back into place
and tighten the 3 thumb screws.
