Possible Cause Action
Micro SD Card If Micro SD card was just replaced,
Programming re-install the old one. If the problem
is fixed, request a replacement
Micro SD card.
Sticking or damaged Reset solenoid via Settings>Health
solenoid Check>Status and Alarms>Valve and
Pump Resets screen. If damaged,
replace solenoid valve block.
Damaged or dirty Reset pump via Settings>Health
pump Check>Status and Alarms>Valve and
Pump Resets. Inspect and refurbish
pump. If pump motor is damaged,
replace pump.
No sample gas Check input sample flow.

Ruptured pump Rebuild pump head.

Blocked sample Unplug power cord. Clean or replace
capillary capillary.
Line voltage Check to see if line voltage is within
fluctuations specifications.
Defective pump Rebuild pump.
Clogged capillaries Unplug power cord. Clean or replace
capillary.
Clogged sample air Replace filter element.

Incorrect calibration Verify accuracy of multipoint

Leak in sample probe Check for variable dilution.

Partially blocked Unplug power cord. Clean or replace
