Under these conditions the cover of the cabinet may be removed.

During an electrical storm.
Wind speeds of less than 25 knots (30 mph).

Where airborne substances (such as leaves or dust) may cause a
problem.
Wind speeds of less than 25 knots (30 mph).
No precipitation occurring or likely to occur during the maintenance period.
When the temperature is between –30 _C to 40 _C.
