By default, SNMP is disabled on the 3Com Switch 7700. To allow full
identification and topology by 3Com Network Director, enable SNMP V1.
Until SNMP V1 is enabled, 3Com Switch 7700 devices will be represented
on the Network Director map as Generic IP devices.
For other 3Com networking products, please ensure that you refer to the
readme files supplied with your product to check for possible
compatibility issues with 3Com Network Director.
