The phone was added manually

If you added a phone on the map using the Edit > Add Map Item menu
option, there will be no NBX Call Processor associated with it.
As a result, the Go to Related NBX Call Processor and Web Management
menu options will not work.

The phone is not managed by the NBX Call Processor anymore

If the phone was removed from the phone list in NetSet and the network
was re-discovered, that phone would no longer have an associated NBX
Call Processor following the re-discovery.
If the removal was a mistake, you may want to re-add that phone using
NetSet; if this is intentional, you may want to delete the phone from the
network map using the Edit > Delete menu option.
The phones are not shown on the map, although there is a NBX Call
Processor
You ran a discovery on the network where your NBX phone system is
located, but although the NBX Call Processor is displayed on the map, the
phones are not.
There are several reasons why this may happen:
The display of end-stations in the map has been disabled.
The wrong username and password was specified for the NBX Call
Processor.
There is a problem with the HTTP service for the NBX Call Processor.
The NBX Call Processor stopped responding during the network
discovery.

The display of end stations in the map has been disabled

If the display of end stations in the map has been disabled, neither end
stations nor phones will be visible.
To make sure end stations and phones are visible, open the View menu
and ensure that the Show End Stations option is selected.
