The event log for your network shows that the mail server at one of your
remote sites has been consistently slow to respond to queries. After
investigation you determine that the mail server is not heavily loaded, is
quick to respond to queries at the remote site itself, and is being reported
as slow to respond purely because of the latency caused by the WAN links
in the path to the mail server. You decide to modify the thresholds for
the mail server to prevent the events from being generated in future.
1 Launch the Find dialog box by clicking the Find button in the toolbar.

2 Select Devices from the Find: list, if it is not already selected.
3 Select Name from the Search by: list, if it is not already selected.
4 Enter the name of the mail server in the Name: field.
