10 Examine the weekly graphs in the historical report to determine the
normal response time range for each of the three services that you are
monitoring on the mail server.
For example, looking at the SMTP Response time graph in detail shows
that the normal response time is in the range 1200 – 1400ms. The graph
also shows three times when the mail server was slow to respond to
SMTP requests, when the response time rose to over 2400ms.
