Check oil level in tank
and
refill if necessary
Check if the gate valve
is open on main tank
Check on ground for
overnight leaks
Check cylinders, pump,
control valve and system
for leaks. Repair or
replace if required.
Replace hydraulic filter*
Check pressure
Rollers, hydraulic
cylinders and cylinder
pins, hoses, pipes and
connections wear of
floor and side separators
Check for corrosion
Keep the contact
surfaces between body
and chassis clean
Proper adjustment of the
limit switches is
imperative.
Check and clean area
around switches.
