2.4 Pressure Adjustment
The hydraulic pressure for the Maximizer is different form the rest of the hydraulic circuit.
Adjust it according to the following procedure.
To adjust the pressure for the Maximizer:
1. Install a 3000-psi gauge with a quick coupler on the pressure fitting of the directional
valve.
2. With the appropriate wrench, unlock the nut of the adjustment screw on the work port
relief valve.

3. Start the engine.
4. While a second person is operating the Maximizer at end of stroke (toward the
tailgate) adjust the screw to set the pressure read on the pressure gauge: towards the
tailgate, the pressure should read 1400 psi and towards the front the pressure should
read 2000 psi.
