Adjusting the Length of the Mobile Roof Rods
The adjustment of the rods of the mobile rood is done to make sure the mobile roof
position is horizontally locked parallel to the adjacent roofs and that its movement course
is free and smooth.
To adjust the length of the mobile roof rods:
1. Ensure the roof is set horizontally parallel to the other roof structures on both ends,
rear and front as well as on both sides.

2. Adjust the length of the rods to meet the requirement of horizontal alignment of the
roof.

Replacing Loading Bucket Hydraulic Cylinders
When the hydraulic cylinders that operate the loading bucket need maintenance or
replacement, perform the following procedure.
To replace the loading bucket hydraulic cylinders:
1. Ensure that the parking brake is applied and the vehicle is tagged out for
maintenance purposes. Refer to
Top Select Maintenance Manual
"1.3.5 Lockout/Tagout Procedure" on page
10.
