Turning the System Off

To turn off the Rhapsody H-30 Holmium Laser System, place the system in Standby mode, turn the
key switch to the off position, and remove the key.
WARNING!
will not be saved.

Protection Against Unauthorized Use

When the Rhapsody H-30 Holmium Laser System is not in use, protect it against unauthorized use
by removing the key from the key switch.

Error Messages

There are several error messages that can be displayed either in the information bar on the main
screen or in the error log on the options screen.
The following are possible types of messages:
Simmer failure: The flash lamp does not simmer. Call for service.
Shutter failure: The shutter is not functioning properly. Call for service.
Over temperature: The temperature of the cooling water is too high. Call for service.
Low coolant flow: If water level is low, fill the reservoir with distilled water.
No fiber attached: The fiber is not connected or is connected incorrectly. Unplug the fiber and
then plug it in correctly.
Remote open: The remote connector, near the foot switch, is not connected or is connected
incorrectly. This error warning is displayed when the system is in Ready mode. Connect remote.
