6.2.6 Upgrade of the display driver under Windows XP
To update the display driver under Windows XP you should press the Update Driver button on the Driver tab of
the Properties dialog (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Display -> Settings Tab -> Advanced
Advanced button ->
Adapter tab -> Properties button -> Driver tab). An explicit instruction how to get the Properties dialog is illus-
trated in the beginning of the section above
6.2.5 Upgrading the display driver under Windows
2000, but with the look
of the Windows 2000 dialogs; apart form this it is the same.
On the Driver tab you see information about the version of the currently installed display driver. If you want to
update, press the Update driver button.
This opens the Hardware Update Wizard. Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) and click
Next.
