When extending a system by inserting additional expansion cards into an O
card of different type, the following rules must be checked to see, if the planned configuration is possible.

Overload calculation
There are three criteria V1, V2 and M1. Each of them must be valid, to allow the card to be inserted.
The rule is for each criterion the same. For each card there is a factor that must be multiplied by the amount how
often it is inserted in the O
