Description

The power meter accuracy is verified for various power inputs. There are two
different methods described in this section that can be used to perform this
test. One of these methods has a higher measurement uncertainty value
associated with it.

Test Procedure 1

The measurement uncertainty of this test procedure is relatively high at power levels of
N O TE
30 μW and below, as it uses a standard 11683A Range Calibrator. As such, this test
procedure should be used for indication only.

Equipment

• Range calibrator: Agilent 11683A.
• Power sensor cable: Agilent E9288A.
