5.3 Configuring on the DP/AS-i Link Advanced

ID1 code

You can use the ID1 code (Slave 2) to set the bit DI 1 assignment for the process image
input (PII).

You can change the ID1 code using the addressing unit or the Motor Starter ES software.
Note
Please note that the ID1 values set in the configuration software and on the device must
match, otherwise the motor starter will not start up.
Note
If the ID1 code is changed, the new setting will only take effect once the motor starter has
been restarted.
5.3 Configuring on the DP/AS-i Link Advanced
Standard starters contain 2 independent AS-i slaves (Slave 1 and Slave 2). Proceed as
follows to configure these slaves on the DP/AS-i-Link Advanced.
Requirement
The AS-Interface Link Advanced is already configured on the PROFIBUS line.
