Defining NTCP Ports

The Nailed-up TCP (NTCP) is a Transmission Control Protocol. Rather than provide a listening port for
other devices to link, NTCP establishes its own unique permanent connection.
Once you define a NetGuardian data port as NTCP, you can configure its options in the Nailed TCP
Connection Configuration table located just below.
Note: Each of the Data Port IDs (1-8) correspond with the NTCP Configuration IDs (1-8). For example,
if you select an NTCP port Type in ID #1 on the Data Port table, then you will need to configure your port
in ID #1 on the NTCP Configuration table.
